If you're an American and you think you have it bad, think again! There are far less Nintendo Wiis available in Britain and the demand is just as high which is causing huge outages. The problem now is that the console is selling for £300 ($615) on ebay which is an incredible amount. It is only selling for $350 in the United States and climbing fast... VERY fast.

Recently, Amazon UK sold 1,000 Nintendo Wiis in less than 10 minutes. This is incredible. We have been seeing 20% climbs on prices on eBay every week. This is going to be one crazy holiday for Nintendo Wii shoppers in both America and Great Britain.

Something to keep in mind that last year Nintendo DS was facing a similar problem and Nintendo was producing almost double the amount of DS than the Wiis. It wasn't until 3 months after the holidays that the stock levels turned to normal.
