Nintendo got sued from a Pennsylvania company from violating their patent for a hand held game input apparatus and method. The company will probably get rewarded money and compensation for all the legal action. Nintendo is a big company ( obviously) so they are probably going to get a fair share.

I don't know more details of what was violated and why this lawsuit is coming about legally but it looks to me that maybe this could be another company out to get a big corporations money. It seems kind of fishy that Nintendo coyed this company when they are such a large company and can get sources otherwise.
